Name the tug: As the name will be on display on the River on a daily basis, the judges will decide the name from those entered that is most suitable for a Tug owned by Richmond upon Thames District Scout Boating Centre.
Where there is more than one entry with the winning name, the one with the best reason for the name will be chosen. (in the opinion of the judges)
The winner will be invited to officially name the Tug at the St. Georges Day event. The section of the Group/unit that the winner belongs to will be invited to a free session using the Bases boats during 2010. (if this is a Beaver Section an alternative activity will be offered).
Colouring competition: All entries will be displayed at the Boating centre, although the colour of the Tug is already chosen, the judges will pick the colour scheme that they would have otherwise most enjoyed seeing on the Tug. A winner form each section will be chosen and they will receive a prize at St. Georges Day event.
